Pursuant Case No. 0502SP044502022 Hameedullah Virk lied and made False statements under oath stating that Royster Norwood Bey and Toi Horn EL harassed, stated threats of violence, committed acts of malicious destruction of property, and trespassed on 10312 Garson Terrace, Lanham, Maryland. Royster Norwood Bey and Toi Horn EL never threatened to do any bodily harm to Hameedullah Virk. There is NO evidence that Royster Norwood Bey and Toi Horn EL made threatening statements to harm Hameedullah Virk. Hameedullah Virk is a liar. Virk has no evidence that Norwood Bey and Horn EL ever threatened him. Norwood Bey and Toi Horn EL must proceed to a jury trial of our peers to prove our innocents against Virks lies. Toi Horn EL'S land and home was in fact stolen from her. Toi Horn EL has aboriginal title by inheritance to her ancestral estate in Reversion known and designated as Lots 14 in Block lettered "G" in subdivision known as "GLENN ESTATES" as per plat recorded in Plat Book NLP 154, Plat No. 82 among the Land Records of Prince George's County, Maryland; known by street address of 10312 Garson Terrace, Lanham, Maryland; and geographically located at North American Continent within the dominions of the Moroccan Empire, Maghrib al Aqsa, North-West Amexem; so therefore, Toi Horn EL and Royster Norwood Bey never trespassed against Toi Horn EL's ancestral estate in Reversion known as 10312 Garson Terrace, Lanham, Maryland republic because she is the true owner of the land and home.
Hameedullah Virk lies must be corrected immediately. Virk DOES NOT own Toi Horn EL's land and home because Toi Horn EL has aboriginal title to Allodium. Hameedullah Virk is dangerous and should be stopped immediately from making false statements publicly against Toi Horn EL and Royster Norwood Bey. Virk recorded his statements in the false Case No. 0502SP044502022 located at the de facto DISTRICT COURT OF MARYLAND FOR PRINCE GEORGE'S COUNTY (Inc.) on September 23, 2022.
Virk had his employee, Muhammad Khan, make false statements also to help steal Toi Horn EL'S land and home. There are several people involved with this fraudulent case because these people are trying to steal Toi Horn EL'S land. There is no evidence that has ever been presented to the public to prove that Virks statements against Toi Horn EL and Royster Norwood Bey are true. Virk is a liar. Virk has a business named TICHI PROPERTY, LLC. Several Attorneys assisted his company to steal my land. TICHI PROPERTY, LLC's paperwork is fraudulent, lacks jurisdiction, and has no standing in any court of record. These companies should be held accountable for stealing land and homes from Moorish American Foreign Nationals.
Hameedullah Virk and his company TICHI PROPERTY, LLC is dangerous and has committed acts of fraud, theft, trespass, harassment, assault, and mental torture towards Toi Horn EL, Royster Norwood Bey, and Riley Horn Bey. Hameedullah Virk received Toi Horn EL'S Adverse Claim of Title and Reversion of Ancestral Estate, Writ of Error II Exhibit: A4, and Toi Horn EL'S Owner's Aboriginal Title to Allodium Exhibit: B1 and Virk ignored all documents.
Robin D. Gill Bright, acting as, Associate Administrative clerk for PRINCE GEORGE'S COUNTY CIRCUIT COURT (Inc.), has failed to prove to the public she has an Oath of Office. She helped steal Toi Horn EL's land / home, and gave it to TICHI PROPERTY LLC. Currently there is no evidence Bright has an Oath of Office; therefore, all BRIGHT'S misrepresented instruments recorded in Case No. CAEF18-01811 located at the de facto CIRCUIT COURT FOR PRINCE GEORGE'S COUNTY MARYLAND (Inc.) are dismissed for lack of jurisdiction, unconstitutional, notwithstanding, null and void ab initio and unenforceable for lack of jurisdiction and fraud. The people, "We The People", and the public must remove Robin D. Gill Bright from office immediately. She is dangerous to the public, she has violated the Maryland Constitution Article I section 9, she has violated the United States Constitution, the Treaty of Peace and Friendship of 1836 between the United States of North America and the Moroccan Empire, and she is dangerous to Moorish American foreign Nationals. I have informed Melvin C. High, acting as, Sheriff for PRINCE GEORGE'S COUNTY MARYLAND (Inc.) / Brian E. Frosh, acting as, Attorney General for the State of Maryland (Inc.) / and Mahasin El Amin, acting as, Administrative clerk for PRINCE GEORGE'S COUNTY CIRCUIT COURT (Inc.) that ROBIN BRIGHT failed to prove to the public her OATH OF OFFICE and currently no one has responded. Robin Bright must be held accountable for her actions because she has ruined several people's lives. She cares nothing about Moorish American foreign National's Treaty rights nor the U.S. Constitution.
